Our firm Dehþetiler Makina Çelik Yapý Sistemleri San. Tic. Ltd. Þti. established to manufacture Grain Storage Systems in 1998 than in march 2000 the firm began to manufacture silos for commercial use. The grain bins and storage tanks are manufactured from high tensile strength steel that is 450 gr/m2 hot dip galvanize coated. Some parts of bins that have to be manufactured by welding are hot dip galvanized after manufacturing. Each fastener is di-chromate coated to help to prevent rusting and equipped with a steel-backed neoprene washer which provides a tight seal to help keep out moisture. Dehþetiler manufactures bins using 100 mm. corrugated steel. 100 mm corrugation is 12 % stronger than conventional 76 mm corrugated sheets. 100 mm corrugated steel sheets have 110 cm. height results in 30 % fewer wall sheets and seams for faster erection and better weather protection. Sidewalls are designed to withstand 150 km/hr winds even the bin is empty and the roof panels are designed to carry 120 kg/m2 snow load. The bins are equipped with temperature monitoring system. By this system the inner temperature of the bin is monitored and controlled. The bins are aerated by aeration fans. The grain storage system is a complete system by loading and unloading of the bins, truck unloading lift, temperature monitoring and aeration systems. The 30° roof slope most nearly matches the natural angle of grain repose for safe storage. Triangular roof sheets have deep corrugations which are rool-formed on both sides to carry structural loads.Gravity roof vents are avaliable for ventilation openings when used with grain conditioning equipment.Fans are available in a wide range of sizes to meet both climatic and storage variations. Heavy duty stiffeners transfer drawdown loads from the sidewalls to foundation. Rugged base plate is factory-welded to bottom stiffener providing durable bin anchorage to resist lateral and uplift loads. . All bins have roof and bottom entrance doors. Roof extrance doors are 50 cm. x 50 cm., bottom extrance doors are 60 cm. x 60 cm. square shaped that allows you easy to enter the bins. Dehsetiler supplies hopper bottom bins from 10 tons to over 150 tons capacity in a wide variety of sizes. Hopper bottom bins can store any flowable commodity from feed, seed and plastic pellets to certain mineral supplements. Dehsetiler also supplies structural supports to elevate bins above truck driveways for rapid loading trucks. Weather guard directs moisture to drip of the bins sidewall and keeps it off the bins hopper. Dehsetiler manufactures hopper bottom reinforced concrete foundation bins. These bins allows you a free flow of commodity and storage of more material with the same cost. These bins can be manufactured up to 600 tons and small ones can be used as ratio silos in feed plants. Dehsetiler supplies you aeration and unloading equipment for these bins. |
