Hoa Binh Import Export Company, named as Unimex Hoa Binh, is the State Enterprise belonged to the Trade and Tourist Department of Hoa Binh province. It is an enterprise which has been established since 1992 according to the decision Number 352/QD-UB of Hoa Binh People’s Committee after the Hoa Binh Province re-organized the Ha Son Binh forestry Company. Since, from its establishment and operation, Unimex Hoa Binh has taken into the Vietnamese Government Re- Payment Program to the SEP (such as Cuba, Hungary, Poland, Russia,…) with such products as rice, instant noodles, Rattan and bamboo products, handicrafts. At the same time, Unimex Hoa Binh has also imported many kind of equipment, technology, materials for domestic factories and enterprises, and contributed to the National Industrialization and Modernization themes. In the new centuries, when Vietnamese Economy has been changed into the open market basically, and when the SEP economic co-operation, was broken up, Hoa Binh Import and Export Company has promptly settled to adapt by themselves and to satisfy the higher demand of the economy market as well as the domestic economy. Exporting Unimex Hoa Binh exports many agricultural products such as pepper, corn, cassava chip & root, tapioca starch, cinnamon branch, cinnamon powder, coffee, rice, Pickled baby cucumber, pineapple slices, pineapple pieces, fresh ginger, and handicrafts as knitted wares, rattans & bamboo, garment, embroidery, ceramic and porcelains, and interior furniture. ..etc... Characterized by mountainous areas, Hoa Binh province, is rich in the agricultural and forestry products which are important raw materials for Processing Industry and Medicines. The turnover and output supplied to main markets such as Korea, China, India, Hongkong,ect.. have steadily increased year by year. Besides, company also associates with manufacturers in order to produce the canned products with trade mark “Unimex Hoa Binh”, for example: Pickled baby cucumbers, pineapple slices, pineapple pieces in syrups, salted red chili, salted ginger,… providing to the China, India, SNG countries, Poland, Czech. Unimex Hoa Binh has soundly taken care of quality management in order to enhance its Trade Mark and brand name value, and satisfying the hardest demands of European and Japanese customers. The company’s import products are very various: Measuring devices, controlling devices, arrester & isolator, cables, steam valves, gas valves, appurtenances, turbine power, transformers, mineral water production line, pesticide, herbicide,…. from SNG, EU, Japan, Korea…..for the domestic demands.
