In 1974, The Fish sauce factory was established and named as "Zoutungzunlee". Was founded by Mr.Rungroj Kedsavapitug. We are one of the largest Fish Sauce producers in the eastern part of Thailand. During that time the landscape was only 1.5 acres, which only contained 300 fermenting tanks. Mr.Rungroj had foreseen the fish sauce in Thailand, and that it could be one of the potential future growths of the Thai economics. Since land is so rich fertile, materials and resources. Therefore, he made a decision to expand the factory and move to a bigger piece of land to be able to support the up growing markets. Today, the factory sit on a landscape of approximate 9.5 acres which now contains 1000 ferments, Most of our processing and labeling is fully automated with German technology and can handle 5000 bottles in an hour, or 3000 cartons a day. Therefore, we can offer fast delivery within four weeks. Today, the world's best manufacturers complied with the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) as a basis for quality management. HACCP is an internationally accepted system to control product quality during food processing. We have received a several certificates such as HACCP and Halal certificate to confirm that the quality of our product meets both domestic and international standards. |
