1906 – Draslovka was established under the commercial name of "Akciová společnost pro zpracování draselných louhů v Kolíně" (Public Limited Company Processing Potassium Lies in Kolín) and produced cyanides, ferrocyanides, and ammonium sulfate. The company’s shareholders were - České a moravské lihovary (Czech and Moravian Distilleries), Rakouské lihovary Vídeň (Austrian Distilleries in Vienna), České a moravské cukrovary (Czech and Moravian Sugar Factories), Degussa, Živnostenská banka (Tradesmen Bank), and Česká eskontní banka Praze (Czech Discount Bank in Prague). April 1945 – The factory was destroyed during an air raid. 1947 – Production was fully recovered. 1949 – Draslovka, a national company, gained full independence. 1984 - Lučební závody Kolín, an independent company, was integrated in Lachema Brno, a branch company 1990 - Lučební závody Kolín, a state-owned company, gained full independence. 1992 - Lučební závody Kolín, a.s., a joint-stock company, was established. 1994 - LZ Kolín a.s. was divided in two entities and Lučební závody Draslovka Kolín, a joint-stock company, began to operate as an independent company. 1996 - ITCe Praha became the company’s majority shareholder. 1999 – The company received a quality management certificate according to ISO 9002 for the production of HCN and DPG. 2002 – Recertification of the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2000 and its extension with the development and production of HCN, diphenylguanidine (DPG) and chlorcholinechloride (RTC) |
