Welcome to Rohaun Designs web site and we are very pleased that you either seen something you liked or something that you would like to create for yourself. Orders The procedure for ordering a Design that you seen on the site or having a Rohaun Exclusive made for you are as follows: Determine what piece you liked on the site or explain the design that you would like us to create for you. Next you will contact us by e-mail preferable or by phone with your request for the design along with your e-mail address or telephone number. We also will need your City, State, Zip code for shipping cost. We will respond with in 24hrs with the purchase price of your order. Your designs will be created and shipped within the time frame allotted. After your order has been completed and sent for shipping you may request a tracking number for your package by e-mail. Payment has to be made in full before an order will be created or processed. Shipping Each order takes 5-7 business days to create and process. You can choose which method of shipping you would like to use from the following: Next day 2 nd day 5-7 day ground *International locations and some areas in the United States will not be able to use some of these shipping arrangements. * After the merchandise has been shipped we are not responsible for any delays in shipping time. If there is delay on your order and it has not been shipped you can request a full refund. If the order was delayed and was shipped after our allotted time frame of 5-7 business days.
